1. Return Eligibility

Conditions for returns:

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

All tags, packaging, and invoices must be intact.

2. Size Exchange

We offer a one-time Size Exchange in case of size issues.

Conditions:

The product must not be used or washed.
The buyer must bear the courier charges for the exchange (unless there is a mistake on our part).
3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds are not accepted in the following cases:

Used or washed products

Products without tags or original packaging

Customized or altered products

Returns will not be accepted for reasons other than color or display differences, as there may be slight color differences on different device screens.

4. Refund Policy

A full refund will be provided in the following cases:

Incorrect product shipped

Out of stock

Replacement of damaged or defective products is not possible

Refund will be made within 3-7 business days of refund approval via bKash, Nagad, Bank Transfer or original payment method.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled at any time before shipment.

Orders cannot be canceled after they have been shipped by courier.
