We deliver products to all districts of Bangladesh through trusted courier services.

2. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
Processing may take additional time during government holidays, special campaigns or during additional orders.

3. Estimated Delivery Time
Within Dhaka: Usually 1–2 business days
Outside Dhaka: Usually 2–4 business days

Delivery time may vary due to courier service, weather or other unavoidable circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Delivery charges will be determined based on your location and order. Applicable charges will be displayed during checkout.

5. Order Tracking

After the order is handed over to the courier, you will be provided with a tracking number, where applicable, so that you can track the status of your parcel.

6. Delivery Attempts

The courier will attempt to deliver as per the stipulated rules. If the address or mobile number provided by the customer is incorrect, delivery may be delayed or failed.

7. Failed Delivery

Additional delivery charges may apply if delivery fails due to the following reasons:

Incorrect or incomplete address

Unable to contact the customer

Failure to receive the product at the scheduled time

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If the product arrives damaged or any product is missing during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours and share the necessary pictures or videos. We will verify the matter and try to resolve it quickly.

9. Order Changes

You may be requested to change the address, phone number or other information before the order is shipped. It may not be possible to confirm the change after shipment.
